While in CT visiting family a crown fell off. Dr. Levy is my son's dentist and she agreed to meet us at her office after hours. She put the crown back on and got me out of pain. She did such a nice job I was able to finish out my trip without further complications.

Until I met and started going to Dr. Levy, I never was loyal to any dentist for more than a year or so. I never felt that I was part of the treatment plan. With Dr. Levy, I am given my options to what needs to be done and a plan is put into place. How nice to have an honest list of what needs to be done right away and what could wait a while. They also tell you what the insurance should pay so you are not shocked when it is done. The fact that Dr. Levy does the job well and quickly is a welcomed bonus. I have also switched my daughter from the pediatric dentist to Dr. Levy and she is happy as well.

"For many years I have searched for a dentist that I can feel comfortable with and trust to have my interests guide their business. I wanted to be a customer and not just another piece of the profit and I have finally found that with the Family Smile Center, LLC. I went to chains (not to be named here) for most of the past 10 years after leaving my hometown and my hometown dentist and always felt pushed and prodded like cattle. I was erroneously told I needed a root canal and that a cavity was a "chip" they couldn't fix. After swearing off dentists for the last three years, my partner convinced me to go see Dr. Levy and her crew and to my surprise the experience was what it should have been. The staff is outstanding, professional yet inviting and Dr. Levy is great. You can tell the office is a place everyone enjoys to be, both patients and staff, and what a breath of fresh air in comparison to most places today. The most important thing: They not only know your name, they remember who you actually are. I want to thank Dr. Levy and her staff for being so friends and welcoming. I had not been to a dentist in quite some time because of fear. I went to Family Smile Center and couldnt have been happier. The first time I went in for my cleaning and met Dr. Levy and her staff I was put at ease. They all made me feel right at home and explained everything they were doing.
